Don’t look now, but Roy Hibbert’s Indiana Pacers teammates seem prepared to turn on him. Hibbert is embattled in one of the most bizarre slumps ever seen by an All Star caliber performer.
To make matters worse, Hibbert’s production is beyond terrible, on both ends of the floor. It doesn’t matter that Monday’s game was his third scoreless outing in eight playoff games, the 7’2, 290-pound isn’t rebounding or playing any defense as well.
During the post game media session, an angry David West, did everything but blast Hibbert. Hibbert reportedly had a man to man with Hibbert immediately after the game, and told reporters “Hibbert has to be a part of the fight” for the Pacers to have a chance.
David West, Roy Hibbert and Rasual Butler appeared to have a talk in the weight room. Doors were shut. Guys declined to talk about it.

Never seen David West so hot in the locker room postgame. First time I can remember him cutting off the media. (Spoke for ~5mins)

A beyond furious David West, on Hibbert: "He’s got to be part of the fight. H’s got to be part of this thing for us to go anywhere.”

Hibbert is averaging 4.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in 21 minutes per game in the playoffs, shooting 36 percent from the field.
