No!!!!!
The NFL Draft moving from late April to early May already created a sense of Draft fatigue, but according to ProFootballTalk.com Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, who cited three unnamed league sources, the NFL is giving thought to holding the draft 1-2 weeks “later” next year. The idea, McGinn said, is receiving “serious consideration.”
This would place the draft around memorial Day weekend which will make it more of a holiday event but it will surely upset the traditional NFL fans. People are already tired of the countless mock drafts and the over analyzing of players.
The NFL will make the move if it keeps them in the headlines and makes them more money, plain and simple. The only people this decision will effect negatively is the fans.
