Ray Rice pleaded not guilty to the assault charges he was facing stemming from a February incident where he uppercut his then fiancee Janay Palmer. The two are now married and allegedly arrived at the courthouse today holding hands. Rice was offered a plea deal according to the AP:

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has been offered a plea bargain that would spare him jail time if he participates in anger management counseling.

Also things may not even get to that point for Rice who applied for a pretrial intervention program which would allow his charges dismissed after participating in the program and meeting certain conditions.

I get the feeling not much is going to happen to Rice after such a horrific incident.
