Seattle Seahawks GM John Schneider has no intentions of making Terrelle Pryor the next coming of Slash. Schneider told the Seattle Times that as of now, Pryor’s role will be to learn how to play quarterback behind Russell Wilson.
“Right now, he’s learning the quarterback position and (playing another spot) is not even an option,” general manager John Schneider said, per the Seattle Times.
Schneider referred to the theory of using Pryor like the Steelers used Kordell Stewart years ago as fantasy football thinking.
“The fantasy football guy in me is like, ‘Yeah, Kordell Stewart was great at it,'” Schneider said, referring to the former quarterback/receiver/athlete known in some circles as Slash.
