As the NFL Draft approaches and we are all bombarded with mock drafts, big boards, and scouting reports it is important to take a moment to remember that there are real stories behind these young men. Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater has been one of the most talked about prospects in this draft and will be one of the first QBs selected this week and he has an incredible story.
Now in this video directed by Spike Lee, Teddy makes good on a promise he made to his mom in the third grade that he would get her a pink Escalade when he became a pro football player. The reason for it being pink is that she was diagnosed with breast cancer when he was a kid.
