Indianapolis Colts Owner Jim Irsay has had his driver’s license suspended for one year in relation to his arrest for DWI. If you forgot, Irsay was arrested back in March for DWI, drug possession, and had $29K in cash on him.

Now it turns out that his license was suspended effective May 27th because he refused a blood test:

Irsay refused a blood test after his March 16 arrest in Carmel, a suburb of Indianapolis. Indiana law requires a one-year license suspension for refusing such a test. Police later obtained a warrant ordering Irsay to submit to a blood draw.

In theory, this won’t effect a billionaire who can have a driver, but he driving under the influence is what got him in this mess. Irsay is due back in court June 19th for his now two misdemeanors.
