Sometimes a system can make or break an athletes career. Logan Thomas went from being the next big thing at Virginia Tech as a freshman, to a quarterback that had regressed so badly, some wondered if he should switch positions.
It’s now obvious that Thomas was poorly coach at Va. Tech and seems to have found a blessed situation with Bruce Arians and the Cardinals.
Thomas has reportedly regained his swagger, and according to the always polarizing Ron Jaworski, Thomas has been the most impressive rookie quarterback so far.

“When I plugged the tape in yesterday morning and I saw Logan Thomas, I was shocked. He was fantastic in this game (against the Texans). He’s big, strong and he can rip throws,” Jaworski said Wednesday on ESPN. “… Of all the rookie quarterbacks that I’ve watched so far — yes, early in the preseason — Logan Thomas has been the best that I have seen.”
We are talking about Ron Jaworski, an analyst who flip-flops his assessments as often as the sun and the moon switch positions.
Jaws had this to say about Thomas before the draft.
he “couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat,”
