Spike’s face says it all. The Knick’s Foamposites, that were custom made for Spike Lee two years ago, will finally hit stores.
According to SoleCollector.com the Foams could hit stores as early as this Fall.
Sources have told us that the ‘Knicks’ Foamposite will indeed be releasing, possibly as early as this fall. We’ve also been informed that it will not be the sample that surfaced in May, but rather the pair pictured here.
Like Spike’s PE, the shoe features a bright orange foamposite shell, accented by hits of royal blue and a translucent outsole. Unlike Lee’s PE, Penny Hardaway’s 1CENT logos adorn the heel instead of custom patches. Of course, Hardaway played for the Knicks from 2004 to 2005.
These are the best Foams in my opinion and they’ll be worth the $250+ price tag.
