Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson has been indicted for child abuse stemming from a case in Montgomery County, Texas.
Sources told FOX 26 Sports Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has been indicted in Montgomery County for reckless or negligent injury to a child.
Peterson’s Houston attorney, Rusty Hardin, declined comment when contacted by FOX 26 Sports.
Petersons status for Sundays game is now in question because he has to turn himself in.
With indictment Peterson will have to turn himself in and thus his status for this weekend is now unclear

According to reports, Peterson beat his four-year-old son with a switch.

Adrian Peterson replied saying only God can judge his course. Vikings are deciding if he will play this weekend.
