Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas has had a rough go of it to start off the 2015 season. Thomas has had a case of the drops, and the numbers simply are there after three games.
Thomas told the Denver Post that he knows “he’s not playing up to his fullest potential,” and it has nothing to do with his contract status.
“Nah, the contract is not part of it. The contract is going to work out by itself. I can’t really do nothing about it,” Thomas said, via the Denver Post. “Either you play well or you don’t. There’s no dollar signs involved when I’m playing football. All I care about is winning. So when I can’t make the play, the reason I’m upset is I’m not helping the team win.”
Thomas says its been hard to relax and get past all his dropped passes.
