According to Detroit Free Press, the NBA has announced that Power Forward, Greg Monroe, has been suspended for two games without pay after pleading guilty to driving while visually impaired.
“I take full responsibility for my actions and made a regrettable mistake,” Monroe said in a released statement. “I apologize to my family, the Pistons’ organization, my teammates and fans. I will learn from this and continue my work to be a positive influence in the community.”
The Pistons just signed Monroe to a one year offer worth $5.5M.
