He must have really believe that people don’t screenshot Snapchats, big dummy.
A North Penn High School teacher Todd Christopher Gibson was suspended before the start of the school year was taken into custody and arraigned Thursday afternoon on a first-degree misdemeanor corruption of minors charge after Towamencin detectives said he admitted sending a picture of his penis to a then-17-year-old female student via cell phone in August of 2013.
Police said they interviewed the student, who stated that from mid-July of 2013 to around Aug. 10, 2013, Gibson used Snapchat to send her “pictures of his face and body while also writing text in order to have a conversation,” and that the communications had started out “very friendly, with Gibson generally just saying hello.”
The Snapchat communication then progressed to Gibson asking the student what she was wearing, and asking her to come to his house, according to court documents, and when the student told Gibson that he would get caught, he allegedly responded that “he did not care,” documents state.
On Aug. 11 and Aug. 12 of 2013, police said, the student said that Gibson’s Snapchat messages to her were “sexual in nature” and that the messages included pictures of him undressing and in various states of nudity before he sent her a photo of his genitalia.
Gibson sent the student over 100 snapchats.
