Warren Buffett was noticeably present for Floyd Maywearther during the Showtime docu-series All Access that followed both Mayweather and Maidana up until the main event. In fact, Buffet was allegedly supposed to be accompanying Floyd during his entrance to the ring along with Floyd’s pal Justin Bieber and Wiz Khalifa.
Buffett was reportedly very excited to be part of Floyd’s spectacle, but Buffett’s company, Berkshire Hathaway, stepped in and put a stop to the whole thing. The reason was because of All Access. The scenes with Buffett were fine, but directly after showing Buffett, All Access showed Mayweather canoodling with several women who were rolling blunts and smoking.
The company felt this isn’t the image that Buffett needs to be affiliated with, so the decision was made early Saturday morning to keep Buffet away from the Money Team’s entrance. Instead, Floyd made a simple entrance, with no BFF Bieber and no Wiz Khalifa either. Sad day, but Floyd still won the fight and probably swam in his millions later on Uncle Scrooge style. IG post of the check soon to come…maybe.
