It’s not often that you find Terrell Suggs in a complimentary mood, so the statements he made about Andrew Luck on Wednesday hold a great deal of weight.
“We’re real impressed with the kid and we don’t say that a lot,” Suggs said, according to CSNBaltimore.com. “Usually we come up here and play the political game, we’re like, ‘Oh, this guy can make every throw’ and ‘This guy’s pretty good,’ but this guy’s actually really f—— good.
“He is really good and he can run, he ran like a 4.5 or something at the combine so he’s out running most defensive ends and everything. It’s going to be a fun, entertaining game.”
Luck has faced the Ravens just once, a 24-9 wild card loss in the 2012 playoffs. A rookie at the time, Luck didn’t throw a touchdown pass and posted a 59.8 passer rating.
The Ravens will be facing a star this go round, who is putting up MVP type numbers.
