Bailey, 36, played for the Broncos for a decade before his release. He signed with the New Orleans Saints but was cut from the team before their first game.
Bailey was drafted in the first round (seventh overall) of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Redskins. He quickly earned the reputation as one of the league’s best defensive backs. Prior to the 2004 season, Bailey was traded to Denver along with a second-round draft pick (who ended up being Tatum Bell) for Clinton Portis.
Bailey made the Pro Bowl every season between 2000 and 2012 and finishes his career with 52 interceptions.
