It’s cold in Canada. That’s not breaking news to anyone. That’s not all though, as the real fun happens in the CFL practice. During a recent practice, the Edmonton Eskimos, who are fighting for the Grey Cup, faced -18 temperatures. The footballs they used literally froze and when they kicked the balls the impact from the frozen balls slamming into the frozen ground caused the footballs to pop. In fact they lost nine footballs from this. That’s what they get for having their championship scheduled around November when it gets so cold.
