Some not good, but better news for Philadelphia Eagles fans.
Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Enquirer is reporting that Eagles starting QB Nick Foles, who was knocked out of yesterday’s 31-21 win vs the Texans, won’t be needing surgery on his broken clavicle. He’s expected to miss at least 6-8 weeks.
Nick Foles has a left shoulder injury and was going in for X-rays. His return is questionable, per the #Eagles.

By comparison, Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rogers missed seven games last year for a similar injury. It looks like Mark Sanchez will get his chance to audition for a starting job in the league next year.
