This was taken from the police report.
The white Phantom Drone was recovered from a parking lot on 12th Avenue near Bryant Drive at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, right around kickoff of the University of Alabama game against Mississippi State.
It had struck a man as it descended from the sky, Blankley said.
Investigators intend to contact the man soon, he said Wednesday afternoon. The victim did not stick around or speak with police. The drone operator could be charged with reckless endangerment.
