The Houston Texans have finally decided to shut down Jadeveon Clowney, and the No. 1 overall pick will have knee surgery after getting a second opinion from Dr. James Andrews.

It’s been a rough rookie season for Clowney, who suffered a concussion early on in training camp and was hustling from behind the entire time.
He finishes his rookie season with seven tackles and zero sacks in four games played.
