After head Paul Chryst took the Wisconsin job, Pittsburgh has found its next head coach in Michigan State defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi.
Pat Narduzzi and Pitt are working to complete a deal. Narduzzi expected to become next head coach.

Pat Narduzzi is not likely to be introduced by Pitt until later in the week, possibly Friday.

Narduzzi was long overdue to take a head coaching gig and Pittsburgh is a great fit for him. Narduzzi is a blue collar guy and I think he will bring a gritty and tough mentality to the Panthers. Narduzzi inherits a workhorse running back in James Connor, and I expect him to that defense up to par sooner rather than later.
