Is it finally time for the Johnny Manziel era in Cleveland?
With current Browns starting QB Brian Hoyer having thrown zero touchdowns and seven interceptions in his last three starts, Cleveland may be making a change under center in hopes of snapping their two-game losing streak. According to CBS NFL Insider Jason La Canfora, the team will tap Manziel to start against this Sunday against in-state rival Cincinnati.
Had a source connected to the Browns QB decision estimate there is a 99% chance Manziel starts Sun. Maybe even 99.5%

With the Browns clinging to slim playoff hopes, it’s no surprise that they are likely to hand the keys over to the rookie and see if he can save their season.
