After a frustrating loss to the Cavs last night, Bull’s Derrick Rose doesn’t feel his team is putting in effort. He spoke last night to the press and vented out his frustrations of where is team is and the lack of progression they are making.
Rose: "We've got to give a better effort. It seems like we're not even competing and it's f***ing irritating."

Rose — Who isn't on the same page?: "It's just the whole team. Not communicating when we're on the floor to one another. Everybody's quiet"

Derrick Rose: "Everybody has to be on the same page, until then we're going to continue to get our ass kicked."

The team is missing their best three point shooter in Dunleavy and their center, Noah, which could give reason to their recent woes. With six losses in the last eight games, Rose irritation is warranted but as the leader of this team he has to take more responsibility in bringing this team together. If they aren’t communicating then he needs to speak up and be vocal on how to win as a team. Rose as a leader has to push this team to be greater, only way wins are going to happen. Healthier teammates help as well.
