If you bought that plane ticket to Vegas, you are probably slightly worried now. TMZ broke the news that it was a done deal between Mayweather and Pacquiao and almost immediately it was denied by Showtime and members of the media.
TMZ usually has good sources. This time, not so much. "@Woodsy1069: http://t.co/gFOQB06ogq"

Source involved in #MayweatherPacquiao deal: 'Nothing is happening before mid next week at the soonest. Not that close on (TV) deal terms.'

Sources tell SI that a Mayweather-Pacquiao deal is not done yet, as TMZ reported. Inching closer and both sides optimistic. But not done.

From what I been told is basically they have come to an agreement to do a deal, but nothing has been signed. Maybe someone got a little overzealous, leaked the information to TMZ and they decided to run with it. Everyone has sources at this point, that is what happens when the boxers have 100 men/women entourages.
It is semantics at this point, no different than what Bob Arum said earlier in the day about contracts being signed soon.
So, essentially like I said before the parameters of the deal are done, Mayweather & Pacquiao are on board and we just are waiting on signatures.
Will we ever get those signatures? I guess time will tell.
