This is unfortunate. Syracuse star forward Chris McCullough will miss the remainder of the season with a torn ACL.
McCullough, Syracuse’s starting forward, injured his right knee during the first half of the Orange’s 70-57 win over Florida State on Sunday at the Carrier Dome. McCullough’s right knee bent awkwardly and he writhed in pain on the court underneath the basket. He had to be assisted off the court by SU trainer and walk-on Doyin Akintobi-Adeyeye.
From SU: "Chris McCullough has a torn ACL in his right knee, will miss the remainder of the season, according to head coach Jim Boeheim."
