Paul George is working hard daily continuing his rehab to try to get back on the court this season. Although he is ahead of schedule, he seems to be struggling with the thoughts of coming back to play this season.
When asked about returning to play this season Paul said:
“I’m on the fence. Part of me is, they’re playing so well, they’ve come together, to shake up the chemistry and add another body, another player in there… I don’t want to be the guy that destroys what these guys have going.”
Physically, Paul stated,
“this week’s Paul George blows the Paul George of 2-3 weeks ago out the water.”
After seeing so many players re-injury themselves after coming back to soon like Kevin Durant, Derrick Rose and Russell Westbrook, I think George should take his time. It’s not as if they Indiana Pacers are championship caliber.
