Russell Wilson knows his worth.
The Seahawks quarterback attended spring training with the Texas Rangers for the second straight year. Wilson, who was a standout baseball player at N.C. State, demonstrated that his skills are still intact just in case Seattle gets funny with the money.
Wilson crushed a batting practice home run and put his rocket arm on display also.
