Texas A&M sophomore wide receiver Frank Iheanacho has been arrested for allegedly shoplifting and giving false identification to police.
Bryan/College Station radio station 1150 The Zone reported the incident took place at Wal-Mart.
The charges are described as “FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO.”
Texas A&M returns to practice on Thursday.
Iheanacho was a four-star recruit and Army All-American out of Houston Westside in 2014. As a true freshman this season, he appeared in seven games, recording two receptions for 23 yards.
UPDATE: According to Tamu24/7 Iheanacho has been suspended from all athletic activities, according to the university.
