The first time golfer Tiger Woods made the Golf Top 100 list was in September 1996. Being a 20 year old golfer at the time, Woods won his first PGA tour appearance at the Las Vegas Invitational and jumped into the rankings.
After withdrawing from the Farmer’s Insurance Open in February 2015 due to back pains, Woods’ golf career has been on and off since being accused of cheating on his wife with dozens of women back in 2009.
Now for the first time in 19 years, Woods surprisingly comes in at 104 on the list. Woods currently has 79 PGA wins but has not won anything in years, which accounts for part of the reason he’s dropped on the list.
Is Tiger Woods time as one of the best golfers in the world come to an end?
