Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards are on a roll. They are the only team in the playoffs to win their first two games on the road. Beal put together a very nice Game 2 scoring 28 point in the win but didn’t stop there, Beal talked about his performance after the game and where he hopes to be in the future.
“I just want to continue to be better and better and better. And hopefully, by the end of year be one of the best 2-guards in the league.“
The NBA has a few 2-guards that I think of before Beal, James Harden, Klay Thompson and even Monta Ellis. It’s not a complete long shot for Beal to soon be in the top 5 shooting guard conversation, but wait, he was talking about top 5 of all time.
“Hopefully, I’ll be top-five, top-10 in my position to ever play“
Now Beal is talking crazy. There is no way he will ever be in the conversation with players like Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Dwayne Wade, Reggie Miller or Ray Allen just to name a few. I like the kid’s confidence but it’s best to stay in your lane.
