The Lions have added depth at the cornerback position by adding veteran cornerback Josh Wilson on a one year deal.
Wilson who is 30, was with the Atlanta Falcons last season, and the Redskins prior to that. With the Redskins, Wilson was most famously known for giving up huge yardage plays. He’s played in 118 games with 85 starts since being drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in 2007. He has 15 interceptions and 427 career tackles, with 74 passes defended.
Only time will tell if he makes the Lions final roster, especially with them already having 6 other cornerbacks on the roster.
