In a time where it seems like every NBA prospect is leaving the amateur field on a chase from riches, one player who actually has lottery stock has decided to return to school. Providence’s Kris Dunn plans to return to Rhode Island and compete for the Friars in the 2015-16 season. Dunn was projected to be a lottery pick according to Draft Express and ESPN’s Chad Ford, but now he is focused on leading the Friars on an NCAA tournament run. The 6 foot 4 combo guard averaged 15 points and 7.5 assists in his sophomore year at Providence.
