I’m not sure if any of these lawsuits will stick, but it has to be disheartening to see just how many people are displeased with Manny Pacquiao.
Shakedown or not, this could get expensive.
According to Darren Rovell — Pacquiao is now facing 18 lawsuits from a litany of different people.

The first lawsuit was filed in Nevada on Tuesday, but others were filed later in the day, including two in California and one each in Texas and Illinois.
Eight more lawsuits were filed Wednesday, bringing the total to 13 (three each in Nevada and California, two in Florida and one each in Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, Texas and New York.
One of the California lawsuits was filed on behalf of Paul Mahoney, who paid $99.95 for the pay-per-view telecast. It claims that Pacquiao’s failure to disclose his shoulder injury turned the “Fight of the Century” into the “Sleight of the Century.”
“Pacquiao’s injury unquestionably materially, significantly and negatively affected the quality of the product,” the suit reads.
