Barry Bond’s isn’t too happy these days and he’s going to make sure that justice is served.
The famed “Steroid Era” for baseball gave us all life. You looked forward to watching a game but these days, it’s almost impossible to sit through a game and if you do, you automatically question the player and yell, “Roids.”
Barry Bonds seems to have enough evidence to prove that the MLB prevented him from getting a potential job following the 2007 season. To be fair however, Bonds did say that he didn’t receive any offers to play.
Bonds has said since that time he believes that there was a concerted effort to keep him out of the game by baseball powers, though he sought to wait to file suit until his legal issues related to BALCO were resolved. Last month a US Court of Appeals reversed his 2011 felony conviction for his obstruction of justice related to grand jury testimony in 2003, fully clearing him in the case, and sources said he is planning to move ahead with a suit against MLB, if he hasn’t started the suit already
It is expected the case will be heard and likely adjudicated sometime in 2015, if Bonds hasn’t already made his filing.
This is all mere speculation but nonetheless, still worth hearing. It quite frankly may be a waste of time to dispute a topic that is almost 10 years old.
