New Jersey Governor Chris Christie might have some explaining to do to the great people of the Garden State regarding his spending habits at NFL games. According to Watchdog.org, Christie spent a grand total of $82,000 dollars on snacks and concessions at NFL games in 2011-2012. As the governor of the state of New Jersey, Christie automatically receives free box seats to a suite with-in Met Life stadium, where the New York Jets and Giants both play their home games. The problem arises when it comes to the concession to fill these suites. Christie has used his governor’s expense account as a personal debit card to live lavishly as the New Jersey super fan. To make matters worse, Christie isn’t even a Giants or Jets fan, he’s a Dallas Cowboys fans. All of that tax-payer money going towards fraternizing with Jerry Jones.
