Looks like time is coming to an end for one of the longest tenured Washington Redskins player Santana Moss. According to John Keim of ESPN, the Redskins will not re-sign Moss.
Moss has been a member of the franchise since 2005 but hasn’t had much of a role in the offense in recent years. Moss only had 10 receptions in 2014 and didn’t score a touchdown for the first time since his rookie season in 2001 with the Jets.
Moss, 35, has 732 receptions and over 10,000 yards in his career but it’s highly unlikely that he will draw interest from many teams. I think we may have seen the last of Santana Moss.
