The Minnesota Timberwolves are on the clock.
Flip Saunders will be deciding between Jahlil Okafor and Karl Anthony-Towns this June. Minneosta already has a nice a young core in Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins and Zach LaVine.
If Towns were to be the third piece to complete the young trio, he’d be pretty excited.
“It would be a blessing and an honor to even have a chance to play for Minnesota and be able to have the chance to play for a great organization and learn from a great mentor like Kevin Garnett,” Towns told SNY.tv at the lottery.
Towns’ style of play mirrors KG’s in more ways than not, so this could be an ideal match for the youngster.
