The NCAA voted to make official a few rule changes to take effect next season. The NCAA will be moving the shot clock from 35 seconds to 30 seconds. Also will reduce the number of timeouts from 5 to 4. Teams will only be allowed to carry 3 timeouts into the 2nd half.
Next season will be very interesting around the NCAA with many rule changes taking effect. And specifically so many rule changes that effect how the game flows and how coaches game plan. The game will definitely move faster will coaches and players be able to adapt to the speed?
