Who needs a villa, when you just plunked $12 million down on a compound?
Pacquiao is trying to sell his Mediterranean-style villa in Los Angeles for $2.7 million. The five-bedroom estate in Los Angeles was originally listed in August 2013 with the same $2.7 million price tag. It was taken off the market late in 2014 — but has resurfaced.
The home’s stucco façade, clay tile roof and balconies are typical of the Mediterranean-style homes that are popular in the area. But step inside and you’ll see that the home’s interiors are all modern.
The crisply decorated living room is anchored by a fireplace and features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the pool.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is beautifully modern and functional. Light-gray Caesarstone quartz countertops play off dark brown cabinets. A kitchen island (with an impressive glass hood over the range) offers plenty of storage and cooking space. The room features stainless-steel Miele and Bosch appliances and a built-in coffee bar.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool, but the master bathroom is the true knockout room in the house. With a soaking tub, walk-in shower, unique light fixture, and a clean, modern design, the master bathroom resembles a spa in a five-star hotel.
Outside, the backyard is minimally landscaped, leaving plenty of room for seating and a large pool.
The home is pristine, but you don’t have to take our word for it.
Pacquiao actually gave a tour of the home on MTV Cribs back in the day.
