For 11 and half rounds, Tim Bradley was winning comfortably a competitive fight against Jessie Vargas.
Then he got caught slipping.
Ref Pat Russell stops fight wrongly with 10 seconds left

If Vargas had more power he probably knocks Bradley out cold, but Bradley is able to stay up. He is in bad shape, he starts to hold and at that moment the 10 second mark is alerted to the fighters.
With 10 seconds left in each round, two big sticks are knocked together. Referee thought the sticks were a bell and tells Vargas the fight is over.
Vargas thinking he has scored a knockout goes to celebrate, not knowing Russell meant the round not the fight.
Bradley goes on to win an unanimous decision. It is likely Bradley would have been able to hold on, even if he takes a knee he would have still won the fight, but we will never know.
Only in boxing.
