Meek Mill began his Drake diss track with the Undertaker’s theme music, a move that was not well received, and it got us thinking about other WWE entrance music that would make dope diss tracks.
1. Brett Hart – Brett’s entrance music isn’t amazing but if Drake dropped his next diss track with the beginning of the Hitman’s theme song the internet and Canada would go bananas.
2. Degeneration X – If a rapper started a diss with the DX music he’d have ample time to talk that talk before the beat dropped with the well-known, “Bow to the Masters, Break it down.”
3. Razor Ramon – One of the most simple entrance songs in WWE history, yet it’s perfectly tailored for a diss track. Add some bass and a hook that has Razor saying, “Say hello to the bad guy” and you have an amazing diss track.
4. John Cena – BSO owner Robert Littal has been saying for years that Cena has one of the best beats in all of hip hop and I’m beginning to agree. A rapper wouldn’t have to do much editing for this beat to be diss track ready. Just grab the mic and yell, “the Champ is HEREEEEE!”
5. The Brood – If you don’t remember the Brood (Gangrel, Edge, Christian) then let me school you to one of the best beats in WWE history. Their gothic gimmick lends a good creepiness to any diss track and would make hardcore WWE/WWF fans go crazy.
