Jimmy Butler, aka the $95-million-dollar man after re-signing with Chicago, was interviewed by Rolling Stone and gave an interesting statement about the supposed issues between him and Derrick Rose.

I don’t think we have any issues. I think we’re fine. I think we’re two basketball players that want to win games. That’s where I’ll leave it at. I think we just wanna win, bring a championship the city, to the organization. I think that’s our job. And I think we’re gonna do whatever it takes to make that happen. I have a lot of respect for the guy..
That’s a weird way to phrase it, Jimmy. You don’t “think” you have issues? You “think” you’re fine? You are the new cornerstone of the Bulls franchise right now after signing a five year deal with the team so you better be sure everything is fine. The Bulls should come back next season strong and in contention but they will need to make sure that Butler and Rose are on the same page.
