Robbers are getting a little smarter these days. Dressing as an employee of the establishment that you plan to rob would help you get a lot further. One man put on the Walmart employee vest and used it to his advantage when he robbed a Walmart for $120,000.
Here are the details via NY Daily News:
The vest-wearing suspect walked into the Walmart at approximately 4:40 a.m. and “forced an employee into an office at gunpoint,” the New Orleans Police Department said in a press release.
After the employee handed over the cash, the suspect fled on foot before jumping into the passenger side of a gold-colored vehicle, cops said.

It makes you wonder if this was a friend of a current employee working there that could’ve set this all up. How else could he have gotten the uniform besides being an employee or knowing someone who works there?
