It’s been almost 30 years since we saw Michael Irvin line up as wide receiver for the Miami Hurricanes but we will be seeing it again very soon, this time it’s the Hall-Of-Famer’s son Michael Irvin Jr. Irvin Jr is part of the 2016 recruiting class and is the 22nd player to commit to the Hurricanes.

Irvin Jr is already bigger than his dad listed at 6’3″ and 220 pounds and holds a few records in Texas. He attends Prestonwood Christian and once caught 21 passes in a game against IMG Academy. Irvin Jr finished his junior season with 106 receptions for 1,239 yards and 13 touchdowns. Irvin Jr, a 3-star prospect, is the No. 27 tight end and is the 85th ranked player in the State of Texas.
