If Odell Beckham Jr. doesn’t pan out in the NFL because of lingering hamstring issues, he could make some money pitching in the big leagues.
The Rockland Boulders of the Can-Am League saw the recent video of Beckham throwing strikes while warming up for a celebrity softball game and has offered the wide receiver a contract, according to Pro Football Talk.
weatherford5We’re out here for the St. Jude’s celebrity softball game and @iam_objxiii is throwing straight flames out here tonight! The sickest athlete I have ever seen! He crushed a homer earlier too. Just when I thought I was something special…. I’m glad he’s on my squad! #NYG #Giants
The Can-Am Leagues’ maximum salary of $4,000 a month, probably won’t lure Beckham away from the NFL. The Boulders offer is for Beckham to join them for spring training next May.
