How close are you to winning a Super Bowl? Well, you can skip all the practice and skip straight to putting on an authentic Super Bowl ring. This is all because William ‘Refrigerator’ Perry is not doing well financially at the moment after nearly losing his house. The former Chicago Bear is auctioning off his 1985 Super Bowl XX championship ring on Live Auctioneers with the bidding expected to start at $16,000 and could possibly fetch a cool $1 million.
The Fridge scored a memorable 1-yard touchdown in that Super Bowl making the ring that much more valuable. The ring was originally lost in 2011 but a family bought and returned it to Perry. I hope Perry plans on break them off.
