Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic is facing resisting arrest charges after allegedly refusing to turn down loud music in his suite at a Miami Beach hotel.
According to TMZ, Miami Beach police say officers responded Wednesday to the W South Beach Hotel after Tomic would not comply with requests from hotel security to lower the volume.
Tomic was evicted from the room, but refused to leave.
He was then arrested on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest without violence and trespassing.
