Enes Kanter made huge strides this season after being traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder this past season, and now the Portland Trail Blazers are trying to capitalize on his growth.
David Aldridge reported that Kanter will sign a four-year, $70 million offer sheet with Portland.

Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports confirmed the Thunder have received the offer sheet, and that Oklahoma City has three days to match the offer.
