Laura Browder was recently arrested in a Houston mall after leaving her kids unattended in a food court so she could go to a job interview.
Browder’s interview was only a few feet away from the food court where she left the kids with a melt eat while she went to her interview, but apparently someone else felt different, and reported the two children one 6 and the other 2 years old as crying and alone.
The judge released Browder shortly after with full custody of her kids remaining.
While Browder has had no recents updates on her previous job interview, after having been hired there and arrested in the same day.
Rawstory has comments from Browder after her arrest and subsequent release.
“This was very unfortunate this happened. I had a interview with a very great company with lots of career growth. I am a college student and mother of two. I would never put my name, background or children in harms way intentionally. I have a promising future ahead of me regardless of what the media tries to portray me as.”
She seems like a caring mother that would not just abandon her children.
What do you all think really happened that day?
