Florida State seems to be having some issues keeping their players out of trouble.
Playing it safe this time FSU took two team photos for this upcoming season.
One photo with Dalvin Cook present, and another without Dalvin.
Dalvin is uncertain to remain on the team after being charged with a misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching a woman outside a bar in June.
According to FortheWin,
Cook denies punching anyone and is scheduled for arraignment on on September 2nd, just before Florida State’s season opener.
Florida State suspended Cook indefinitely following the incident, and head coach Jimbo Fisher said he has “no tolerance for hitting women.”
It’s a sad sight to see, But that’s the consequences of violent actions.
Now one without Cook. pic.twitter.com/iH39i1ezIN

When asked about Dalvin Cook’s status, Jimbo says he is simply waiting on the facts to come out.
