Meek Mill may have racked up another ‘L’ as his ‘Dreams Are Worth More Than Money’ album sales have fallen more than 51%, according to BLUNTIQ.
This news comes after Drake’s ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’ album becomes first rap album to go platinum this year.
Via BLUNTIQ:
His top two singles “RICO” and “All Eyes On You” have fallen double digits on the Billboard Top 100 songs. With “All Eyes On You” falling 22 spots from 21st to 43rd and “RICO” falling 17 spots from 40 to 57 it’s plain to see that Meek’s attack on Drake’s lyrical integrity has backfired in full effect.
I’m sure Meek is wishing he hadn’t come for Drake. He was on a high of an album release, being on tour, and dating the hottest rapper in the game, to most of America laughing at him. I don’t know what Meek needs to do to come back from all of this, but he and his team should be on immediate damage control.
